Monday-Thursday, 2pm-12am

This is a hands-on, physically demanding position operating roto-molding equipment in a high-heat environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet for 10-hour shifts, regularly lifting and handling materials, using hand and air tools, and following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate roto-molding machines according to production schedule

Charge molds with correct weight and type of powder

Add inserts and molded components to molds

Change molds to meet production requirements

Inspect parts for quality conformance

Maintain accurate count of good and scrap parts

Use measuring equipment for proper powder weights

Requirements:

Ability to read and write

Lift 50-75 lbs. frequently and up to 150 lbs. with assistance

Lift and pour 35 lbs. of powder overhead continuously

Stand, reach, bend, and kneel throughout shift

Work continuously in hot environment

Use pry bars and hand tools at or above chest level

Good peripheral vision, near and mid-range sight

Ability to recognize color differences

Excellent attendance and safety record

Ability to work effectively as a team

Must be familiar with hand and air tools and know how to use them properly

Must be okay to work around high heat and perform labor intensive work consistently for 10 hours daily

Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

Steel-toe footwear required
